We carry out chartered accountancy and tax services according to the standards of Belgium’s IEC (Institute of Chartered Accountants).

Tax disputes:
- Assistance and defence during tax controls;
- Appeals, abatements and complaints ;
- Tax conciliation.
Company reorganisation:
- Transformation, liquidation, mergers, total and partial division of companies;
- MBOs and LBOs;
- Cross-border operations;
- Emigration of Belgian companies and immigration of foreign companies;
- European companies ;
- Advice in legal reorganisation procedures.
Fiscal regularisation and rulings (prior agreements):
- Request for officialising non-declared revenues;
- Aid in the repatriation of foreign capital;
- Requests for rulings.
Patrimonial tasks:
- Fax planning;
- Patrimonial structures (foundations, holdings, certification of titles, companies, SICAFI….);
- Donations, fiscal law and inheritances;
- Help in the transfer and the assignment of companies;
- Valuation of companies.
