In addition to mastering all facets of accounting and tax issues, each partner has very strong specialisations in different branches of tax law and special missions as chartered accountants.
· At the start of activities, a series of choices have to be made that will have decisive impact on the profitability of the business. Considered advice backed up by figures is therefore required.
· Most self-employed people one day wonder if it would not be more advantageous to carry out their activities the form of in a company, and when. We can help you find the answer and give tax advice so that the benefits of transferring your clientele does not lie dormant in your company through lack of funds and that they even generate considerable revenues. The same principle applies to the sale of shares to a holding.
